The form on the left was the old paypal form used. The green jotform was used for credit card payments. Both removed on 10/5 and replaced with a wix/paypal button which allows payment processed thru paypal (or by credit card). The jotform and the paypal form are saved as "my designs" if you ever want to put them back in. - CAR
